The site points readers toward Marlboro County jail-record resources, South Carolina court and SCDC systems, federal and immigration locators, VINELink, and third-party research tools. Government records linked from this site may be subject to South Carolina FOIA, S.C. Code Title 30, Chapter 4, and agency-specific rules.
